Mathematics Honors Program

The UT Math Honors Program is a nationally competitive program for highly motivated and mathematically gifted undergraduate students at UT. The courses offered by the Math Honors Program can also be used towards the requirements of the Chancellor's Honors Program.

Math Honors students are advised each semester by Dr. Nicoara, the Math Honors Director. In addition, every student has a faculty mentor and eventually a thesis advisor. Through their classes and seminars, the Math Honors students develop close working relationships among themselves and with the UT math graduate students.

Visit the links on the right for more information about joining the program, benefits, and successful outcomes.
