Short Bio

Anna Sisk is a PhD student in the mathematics department at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. She is studying mathematical biology under the supervision of Dr. Nina Fefferman. Her research interests are primarily in mathematical modeling of human biology and disease. She is currently working on applying mathematical modeling to the social sciences, specifically using disease modeling techniques to study violence.
