Short Bio

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Virginia's College at Wise, graduating summa cum laude with at 3.93 GPA. I worked as a teaching assistant there for three and a half years and served as head tutor for mathematics. I am currently a Graduate Teaching Associate here in the Department of Mathematics. Classes I have taught include Remedial Mathematics, College Algebra, and Basic Calculus. I have also been a substitute lecturer in Precalculus and Calculus I for math majors.

I am also currently serving as Treasurer of the Math Graduate Student Council.
