Important Information for Registering:
Our class is participating in the Inclusive Access Program, which provides course materials in digital format at a reduced price, and the cost is charged to your student account on My UTK. When an instructor makes the decision to participate in this program, all students registered for the class receive access on the first day. You need to get registered with MyStatLab by the first day of class at using their free 14-day trial option.

After the add/drop deadline (Friday, January 19), you will get an email from the bookstore with your personal access code that you need to make your temporary account permanent.

To see other classes on your schedule that are participating in the program and the price for those materials, go to the Volshop website. Choose the "Textbooks" tab; then click on "Shop All" and select the term, department, course number, section number, and title (or create your custom book list using your ID and password). Inclusive Access titles can be identified by the "IA:" in front of the title.

Each Inclusive Access title will have an "Opt Out" button directly below the price. If you do not want to participate in the program or already have materials for this class from a previous term/purchase, click the “Opt Out” button and provide the information requested. You MUST indicate your Opt Out by the end of the day on the deadline for each term. When you opt out, you will receive an email confirmation, your account will be refunded, and you will lose access to any digital or print components included or offered in the program. If you opt out in error or change your mind, you can be reinstated to the program by sending your request to or
