The University of Tennessee will host a Math REU site during
summer 2008, sponsored by the National Science Foundation and
the Tennessee Science Alliance. The stipend for the program is
$3600, and housing in University Apartments will be paid for by
the program. We expect to have some funds for selected participants
to travel to present their work at a conference after the program
is finished. The 9-week program will run from June 1 to August 1.
Review of applicants began February 15, but applications will be accepted
until all positions are filled. Updates on the selection process and
