Mathematical Reasoning

Textbook: "Angel, A. R., Abbott, C. D., & Runde, D. C. (2017). A Survey of Mathematics with Applications", 10th Edition. Pearson.

Enrolled students will use the electronic textbook which will be accessed through Canvas.

Course Description:

Classical and modern topics in number theory, logic, geometry, and probability with emphasis on problem solving.
Consumer mathematics and other real-world applications.
(QR) 3 credit hours. Math 113 is designed to fulfill general education requirements for students whose majors do not require a specific math class.
