Undergraduate Math Conference

The University of Tennesee Mathematics Department will be hosting its Fifth Annual Undergraduate Math Conference on Saturday, April 16, 2011. This conference will give undergraduate students a chance to present their mathematical research and to meet other undergraduates and hear about their research.
This year's invited speaker is Dr. Mike Axtell of University of St. Thomas (Minnesota). Everyone is invited to attend; more details will be given later.
**Please check back periodically for updates to the Schedule of Events, etc. Registration is now open. Although there is no registration fee, we ask all those who plan to attend to sign-up so that we can appropriately plan for lunch. **

Conference Parking: Please park in the 11th Street Parking Garage (G-10 Parking Garage), which is open to the public on Saturday, April 16. It is located on the corner of Cumberland Avenue and 11th Street, across from the old Worlds Fair site; see campus map for details. It may be entered from either 11th Street or White Avenue. The annual spring Orange and White football game is this Saturday, but it should cause no problem since kick-off is at 2:00.
