Annual Meeting

A mini-symposium session consists of four 25-minute presentations, with an additional five minutes for discussion after each presentation. If there are more than four presentations, a proposal for a minisymposium with two sessions (8 presentations) or three sessions (12 presentations) can be submitted.

A proposal consists of:

  1. The Names, Affiliations, and Contact Information of the Organizers
  2. A Title and Brief Description (no more than 100 words)
  3. A List of Speakers and Titles

Proposals received before August 22, 2019, will receive full consideration. Additional proposals received between August 22 and September 6, 2019, will be considered if space allows. Organizers will be asked to provide a full list of speakers, titles, and brief abstract (75 words suggested) for each speaker by September 6.
